If the feet be dry, with soft soles, of the colour of the lotus, with close toes, beautiful, red nails, beautiful heels, always warm without visible sinews, with invisible ankle and raised like the turtle, the person will be a king.ģ. A learned person shall examine a man’s-(1) Kṣetra (body), (2) Mṛja (complexion), (3) Svara (voice), (4) Sāra (strength), (5) Saṃhati (joints), (6) Sneha (gloss), (7) Varṇa (colour), (8) Anūka (shape of the face), (9) Unmāna (height), (10) Māna (weight), (11) Prakṛti (disposition) and (12) Gati (gait) and then predict his fortune.
